KICKER® introduced a true high-performance subwoofer with a reduced mounting depth a few years back, and it was met with immediate success. Who wouldn't want a subwoofer that pounds insanely from the slimmest locations? The next generation of KICKER CompVT™ Subwoofer slides into door panels and other tight fits.

Four options are available that deliver real KICKER bass and take serious power. The 12-inch CVT12 and 10-inch CVT10 easily handle 400 watts RMS (800w peak) without hesitation, and if you want to go even smaller, an 8- or 6.5-inch option hammers from the slimmest locations.

Precise KICKER engineering allows the CompVT to pound with limited space. A special four-layer voice coil provides the CompVT the ability to work with serious amounts of power without the bulk. The woofers stiff, injection-molded, modified-spoke cone is shaped to provide maximum excursion from a slender basket, allowing the ideal amount of flex for better strength and durability.

Space-saving features make for woofers with amazing mounting depths of less than 4-1/2 inches! A ventless, solid-pole design allows the CompVT to be mounted directly against the rear wall of its small sealed or vented enclosure. The spring-loaded binding posts are mounted differently than standard subwoofers to minimize size. Finally, a handy steel "clearance" adapter plate allows the removal of enclosure wall depth for further minimal spacing concerns.

The cone's 360-degree back bracing, ribbed Santoprene® surround, and Spiralead™ tinsel-lead technology help CompVT woofers sound spectacular. Perimeter venting, high-temp coil wire, double-stitching, and a logo trim ring around the steel basket's outer edges are all features that make KICKER woofers the most reliable and best sounding subwoofers in the world.
