· Glenna has studied Industrial Systems Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and is currently pursuing Six Sigma Black Belt.  She can evaluate your processes of communication, computer systems integration, leadership and training.  Then, she can either implement improvements, make suggestions for you to implement, or train your staff to both make improvements and continue to develop.

· Do you need Kaizen Blitz leadership?  If you have one area or topic that is causing problems, a Kaizen Blitz can be an effective tool to make dramatic and rapid improvements using the knowledge and skills of existing staff.  Glenna can work with you to select the team, set specific goals, and plan a Kaizen Blitz event.  She can teach the team appropriate methods and tools to find solutions, remove barriers, communicate to coworkers, and sustain the changes that they make.  A Kaizen Blitz takes no more than one week, but can have significant and lasting impact.

· Automated and restructured systems and trained Production Office staff to more than triple productivity with no additional staff.

· Working with the Operations Manager, reduced average lead-time of product delivery to customers by 57%.  Even when sales increased 60% over two years, deliveries remained 20% shorter than original.

· With the Production team, maintained an annual total cost increase of less than 1.5% on a popular manufactured product despite an annual steel increase of 17% over the same eight year period.
